Breakfast:
ez english muffin with pbj; milk
Snack:
cucumber and hummus
Snack impulse: dark chocolate mints from YT's (as I did evaluations)
Lunch:
salad with two cheeses (babybels); baggie of corn/blackbean chips
Snack:
mocha coolatta at DD after giving blood
Dinner:
somosa; rice; veggie curry; chicken saffron; naan
So I make some progress and then I have issues... but I am not giving up...
